Shipping & Returns
All US orders are shipped via USPS within 1-2 days of purchase. Most shipments arrive within 2-4 days and a tracking number will be provided when the item ships.
We ship to residential addresses, commercial addresses, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO.
All orders placed before 12pm ET Monday-Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will ship the next business day. No shipments are sent on weekends.
All international orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide within 1-2 days of purchase. Shipping time and delivery speed varies depending on location. Most packages arrive within 4-10 days and a delivery timeline is provided at checkout.
Please note: International orders may be subject to import taxes/duties when arriving in your country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the order and we are not responsible for paying these import or customs fees (if any).
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After placing an order you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will begin to process your order and prepare it for shipment. After we ship out your order you will receive an additional email with tracking information to track your package.
Additions, changes and cancellations to your order can be made at any time prior to shipment. If you need to make a change, addition or cancel your order, please contact support as soon as possible. If the item has already shipped, we won't be able to cancel the order or make a change until you receive the item. In that case, you will have to file a return to get a refund or change your order.
If you are unsatisfied with our products for any reason, you may request a full refund within 60 days of the purchase date. Refunds are only valid 60 days from the original purchase date and with proof of purchase.
This refund policy is only applicable to purchases made on Auraglow.com. Purchases made from other online retailers or in physical stores are subject to that retailer's return policy.
For Auraglow.com orders, a full refund will be processed on your method of payment typically within 3-5 business days. In the event an item needs to be returned to our warehouse, shipping costs are non-refundable.
For best results, we ask that you try our products for at least 2 weeks. If you have any issues while whitening or questions we recommend contacting one of our smile experts for assistance.
